The Idea

A simple timer that can be easily controlled from a smartboard or touch-enables projector.

This timer was meant to be used within classroom settings, without the need to use a keyboard. Often, educators want to provide a time limit for activities, and this enables someone using a touch enabled screen to run a timer quickly, from the actual board.

Features

Users are able to add a touch of personality by changing the background gradient colors. There is a soft bell sounds that can optionally be turned on as an alert when the timer is finished.

Learnings & Improvements

This was the first application I built using Svelte and Sveltekit. It was refactored from a create-react-app application.
